Days of open sky - DON 2009
Days of open sky 2009 ( DON 2009 ) is international competitive paragliding event that is organised by two clubs - AK Osijek and Extreme Team Osijek at sport's - recreation airport Osijek. Organisation's goal is to put this competition on FAI 2 scale.
In October 2007 Extreme Team Osijek successfuly organised first international flying event „Days of open sky – DON 2007“ , 42 pilots participated, more then 500 people visited this event and it was advertised in all media.
This year's „ Days of open sky – DON 2009“ were held from 16th May 2009 - 17th May 2009 at sport's-recreation airport Osijek. Pilots from Croatia, Hungary, Serbia, BIH and Slovenia participated. Response was great.
Organisation's goal is becoming the tradition that would gather paragliding lovers every year from all over the world and promote Osijek town and Osječko-baranjska county.
We as a company recognized this project as a good opportunity to achieve the same goal and that's why we decided to support it trough sponsorship.
We decided to promote our brand Chio Chips because this is event that gathers young people. We had Chio Chips tasting. Competitors as well as visitors were overjoyed with this promotion.
Beautiful weather, phenomenal flights and „Crazy crispy sound of Chio Chips“ was jackpot combination.
